Availability, price, health information, what is included and collection or delivery arrangements are confirmed for the individual kitten during your conversation.

Reservation

Reserve Your Kitten with a £400 Fee

Once the kitten and arrangements have been discussed and both parties are ready to proceed, a £400 reservation fee is required to reserve the kitten.

The payment instructions and applicable reservation terms will be provided directly before payment. Read and understand those terms, including how the fee is treated, before completing the reservation.

Homecoming

Prepare Your Home and Welcome Your Kitten

After reservation, prepare a quiet starter space and obtain the everyday essentials your kitten will need. Collection or UK delivery arrangements are discussed individually to suit the kitten and the agreed plan.

Prepare before arrival

  • Provide safe hiding, resting and climbing spaces
  • Secure windows and remove household hazards
  • Choose a qualified veterinary practice

What the £400 reservation stage means

The reservation fee is paid at stage three, after a kitten-specific conversation and once the next steps have been agreed. It marks the point at which the kitten is reserved for the prospective owner according to the terms supplied directly.
